Founder & CEO
Neda is an entrepreneur, investor and consultant with impressive leadership experience spanning a variety of high profile projects in the Middle East. She has worked in a market-wide range of industries including transportation, asset management, campaign management, organisational structuring and transformation, and finance sectors; to name a few. She oversees every facet of her projects, ensuring a high standard of excellence.
An avid innovator, she is always creating ideas and investing in people, leading to her current position as Chief Executive and Founder at WordPort. In her spare time she travels with her little girl, writes and plays the Kamanche.
Ainsley
Head of Transformation
With an outstanding reputation as a Management Consultant, Ainsley has worked with some of the biggest financial, product, healthcare organisations in the world, consulting on a plethora of issues faced in the banking, public health and insurance industries to name but a few.
Ainsley’s career took off after he was awarded the “Best Student Award” for his degree in Information Systems BSc. Ainsley then went on to work at Accenture for five years and his dynamism led him to play significant roles in projects across their portfolio. His expertise include the provision of organisational change management, process analysis, strategy development and technology implementation.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing the piano as well as travelling with his family.
Adelynne
Head of Strategy
Adelynne is a talented Strategist who blends analytical and creative thinking to deliver marketing and innovation strategies for some of the world’s most valuable companies. Her background in research & insights ensures customer needs are always the central thread of any strategic development. She has a First Class Honours BSc in Information Management from University College London, where her interest in weaving together technical and theoretical concepts began. In her spare time she enjoys cycling around with her camera, capturing moments in photos.
Elizabeth
Head of Content
Elizabeth is an industry expert in digital transformation, from content design, to user research and information architecture. She has a range of experience in industries including the financial services and government sectors.
Elizabeth has worked on a wide variety of projects including government digital services, website transformation and product ownership. She is SaFe and Scrum certified with Agile experience.
When not at work, Elizabeth is into fitness, netball, and has set an unobtainable goal of visiting every great restaurant in the world.
Tracey
Copy Editor
Tracey is a talented cross-discipline content writer and editor with a wealth of experience in different sectors. After studying English Literature at university she continued her postgraduate study in Law. Tracey’s approach to content production, design and management is business strategy and interest conscious.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys baking and cooking for family and friends.
